The Lee Precision Perfect Powder Measure (model 90058) is a precision reloading tool designed to throw uniform powder charges across a wide range of rifle and pistol cartridge applications. Built around a self-lubricating nylon drum with a soft elastomer wiper, the measure meters powder without cutting kernels or jerking the action, delivering smooth operation and consistent charges case after case.

The unit dispenses charges from 2 grains to over 100 grains, making it equally at home on a bench pouring small pistol charges or metering large rifle volumes. The body is molded from engineering-grade polymer for durability, and powder changes are simple – just rotate the hopper a quarter turn to shut off powder flow. A direct-reading micrometer adjuster marked in cubic centimeters lets the reloader set each charge precisely, while an integral powder baffle and tapered drop tube help maintain charge consistency run after run.
