Description
The UTG Pro MTU016 is a quick-detachable AK side mount designed to fit most AK/AKM variants equipped with a factory side dovetail rail. Machined from lightweight aluminum and finished in a durable Matte Black coating, this 2-rail optic mount features an ergonomic throw lever with quick lock/release and full adjustability, allowing fast installation and removal without losing zero.
The top Picatinny rail provides 16 slots for flexible mounting of red dots, scopes, and magnifiers, while a U-cut at the rear permits see-through co-witness with the rifle’s factory iron sights. A detachable 6-slot Picatinny side rail adds a secondary mounting point for a tactical laser or flashlight. Measuring 6.5″ long, 1.8″ wide, and 3.3″ tall, the MTU016 offers excellent zero-holding and re-zeroing capability. Made in the USA.
