The Henry H012GMCC Big Boy Side Gate brings the convenience of a receiver-mounted loading gate to the classic Big Boy silhouette. This full-size lever-action rifle is chambered in 357 Mag and built around a 20″ blued octagon barrel, with a richly grained American walnut straight-grip stock. The color case hardened steel receiver showcases the mottled patterning that has defined the Big Boy line for years.

Feeding from a 10-round tubular magazine, the Big Boy Side Gate also accepts 38 Special for lighter-recoil range sessions. The side loading gate allows quick top-offs without removing the tube, and a transfer bar safety keeps the hammer safely away from the firing pin until the trigger is pulled. At 37.5″ overall length and 7.84 lbs, the rifle balances comfortably for hunting, plinking, and casual target work.

Iron sighting is handled by a traditional brass bead front and a fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear, with the receiver drilled and tapped for optic mounting. The 1:16 rate of twist is well matched to standard 357 Mag and 38 Special bullet weights.
