The Lee Factory Crimp Die for 270 Winchester is a dedicated rifle reloading die designed to bring factory-grade case mouth consistency to the reloading bench. As a stand-alone single-die tool, it is sized specifically for the 270 Winchester case and is meant to complement a separate sizing and seating die in a multi-die 270 Win reloading setup.

At the heart of this die is a collet-style crimping mechanism that applies a precise, uniform crimp to the case mouth. The factory crimp improves accuracy by evening out pressure curves and reducing round-to-round velocity variation, and unlike many traditional roll crimps, it will not buckle bottle-necked rifle cases. It works equally well with both cannelured and uncannelured bullets, giving handloaders flexibility when projectiles are hard to source.

Machined from steel and threaded in the standard 7/8″ x 14 reloading press pattern, this Lee drop-in crimp die is built for years of service.
