Description
The Lee Precision 90148 Case Length Gauge is a purpose-built reloading tool for the 8×57 Mauser (8mm Mauser) cartridge. This 2-piece gauge pairs the case length gauge body with the matched Lee shell holder, giving reloaders a simple, repeatable way to trim fired brass to a uniform length and square the case mouth before resizing and recharging.
Used in conjunction with the Lee Cutter and Lock Stud or Zip Trim, the gauge establishes a precise trim length of 2.220 to 2.240 inches, holding the case at the correct trim point. The gauge is machined from steel with a silver finish, sized to accept a single 8mm casing at a time, with compact overall dimensions of 0.50 x 3.75 x 4.90 in and a weight of just 0.07 lb.
